SIDE ONE: MAP
Criss-crossing the United States from New Hampshire to southern California, and Washington State to Tennessee, this map shows how various components of JNLWD's efforts relate. Development of the "non-lethal" mortar round is mostly by a JNLWD-funded program operated by the US Army's Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. Some of those same contractors work with JNLWD (and its partners in the US Department of Justice) to develop chemical agents to be used as a mortar payload.
